Today I woke up soooo early in the morning, felt extremely energetic yet had no intention to touch any of my assignments, therefore I decided to play with something else that are more fun and exciting. What else other than toying around with the new Blender 2.5.1?

Holy carp, the brand-new interface!! It means that I have to re-learn some of the stuff from scratch. T_T

Anyway, the interface, in my opinion, has became more and more user-friendly/beginner-friendly since version 2.5 Alpha 0.

One of the highlights of Blender 2.5 is of course the… SMOKE SIMULATION!

I did some simple test on this and it looks freaking awesome!!

However since Blender 2.5 is still in Alpha stage it has quite a few bugs and sometime crashes itself especially when I press the render button.
